This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Accurately convey concepts and meanings between Ukrainian and English, maintaining complexity, clarity, tone, and style.

• Adhere to proper grammar and syntax in both languages.

• Deliver precise interpretations of messages, ensuring every detail of the conversation is included.

• Follow customer guidelines, manage call flow, and refrain from dominating the conversation.

• Comprehend protocols and terminology in Insurance, Legal, and Medical fields (both General and Forensic).

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Ukrainian (C1) with strong oral and written skills; fluent in English (minimum B2).

• High School Diploma is required.

• Educational background in languages, translation, or interpretation is considered a plus.

• Exceptional listening, retention, and note-taking abilities.

• Capable of explaining cultural concepts to prevent misunderstandings.

• Ability to focus, remain detached, and uphold neutrality and objectivity.

• Dependable, self-sufficient, and highly disciplined.

• Confident and well-organized.
