International Trade Compliance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The Import Coordinator will be tasked with managing the receipt of incoming goods.

• Categorizing import documentation from various Brokers, Carriers, and others.

• Serving as a point of contact for warehouse and store stakeholders, in addition to external brands and brokers.

• Leading meetings with the team and other departments.

• Developing reports for essential departmental metrics and analyzing them for trends and anomalies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of customs regulations pertaining to import shipments to the U.S.

• Familiarity with U.S. Fish and Wildlife and CITES regulations.

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of meeting deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to challenge and optimize existing processes.

• Ability to collaborate across various groups and teams.
