International Spanish Mobilization Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Responsibilities include training, coaching, and leadership.

• Adopting a F.A.I.T.H (Faithful, Available, Intention, Teachable, Heartfelt) approach.

• Leading XPLORE trainings and conducting 10-week disciple-making programs.

• Providing mobilization training at the Spain mobilization hub.

• Developing mobilization teams within local churches, focusing on vision casting, nurturing goers, and assisting them in reaching out to the unreached.

• Demonstrating evangelism, mobilization, discipleship, and church planting tools through the MAWL (Model, Assist, Watch, Launch) approach.

• Engaging in networking and church development.

• Establishing trusted relationships with key national leaders in Spain to lay the groundwork for future ministry partnerships.

• Proactively initiating strategic discussions with international leaders and collaborating with ministries to create mobilization opportunities for Spanish speakers targeting unreached people groups.

• Involvement in Coalicion21, ensuring comprehension and implementation of the process for filtering, partnering, and integrating churches into the mobilization pipeline.

• Coaching and supporting Spanish national leaders (pastors and lay mobilizers) in goal-setting, strategy, sending processes, and mobilization tools.

• Training national believers in disciple-making and church planting techniques.

• Fostering character, vision, and leadership development in national leaders.

• Focusing on spiritual and personal development.

• Creating and implementing an annual personal development plan with guidance from your supervisor.

• Actively engaging in learning diverse tools and best practices to enhance team strategies and methodologies.

• Embracing language and culture.

• Being an active learner of the Spanish-speaking culture.

• Utilizing culturally appropriate language within the Spanish-speaking context.

• Tailoring communication with pastors according to the specific terminology of their churches.

• Fostering team collaboration.

• Exhibiting a collaborative spirit while working and strategizing with team members (contributing ideas, questions, and biblical insights).

• Demonstrating self-sacrifice to support team members and international partners.

• Integrating lay mobilizers as essential team members.

• Participating in regular team meetings and facilitating discussions when assigned by the team leader.

• Maintaining effective communication.

• Interacting in a respectful, confident, and teachable manner with teammates and the team leader.

• Following up efficiently with collaborative partners involved in Spanish-speaking mobilization (churches, leaders, ministries, lay mobilizers).

• Keeping the team leader informed about updates concerning churches, networking, and projects/trainings.

• Engaging with ministry partners and support raising.

• Building and sustaining a team of advocates and churches that serve as ministry partners, providing prayer and financial support for your work.

• Sending monthly email/text updates and regularly praying for ministry partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Fluent in Spanish.

• Must have completed (or will complete) the process pipeline including explore, 10-week training, 9-month training, and Mob bootcamp.

• Experience in cross-cultural ministry (either domestically or globally).

• Ability to maintain personal support.

• Willingness to travel domestically within Spain and internationally to support mobilization efforts.

• Participation in monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE).

• Understanding, affirming, and adhering to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith.

• Agreement to uphold Launch Global’s Vision and Mission.
