International Regulatory Exam Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive regulatory examination processes for Stripe's global licensed entities.

• Act as the main contact for international regulatory assessments.

• Compose precise regulatory responses, narratives, and submissions.

• Keep abreast of international regulatory changes and updates.

• Establish and nurture solid working relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on the progress of outstanding regulatory exam items.

• Assist with ad hoc regulatory supervisory inquiries.

• Utilize AI tools and agentic workflows to enhance the efficiency of exam coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within financial services, specifically with significant involvement in international regulatory exam management, supervisory engagement, or regulatory affairs in the payments or financial services sector.

• Knowledge of key international regulatory frameworks and financial services supervisory bodies (e.g., FCA, CBI, MAS, ASIC, CBUAE/VARA, or equivalent).

• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, coordinating responses across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Proven proficiency in utilizing AI tools.
