• Provide guidance to cross-functional business stakeholders regarding financial laws and regulations.

• Prepare and negotiate strategic partnership contracts.

• Conduct research and address legal and regulatory inquiries related to financial products.

• Act as a representative for the Legal team on cross-functional groups focused on financial product development.

• Review promotional materials to ensure compliance.

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Over 5 years of legal experience advising corporate clients on international financial products and services.

• Experience with financial services regulations in the UK, Ireland, Canada, and/or Australia is essential.

• Proven track record in leading negotiations and drafting commercial agreements and consumer terms of service.

• In-depth understanding of financial laws and regulations across various international jurisdictions.

• Experience managing the expansion of multiple financial products into new global markets.

• Subject matter expertise in the payments sector, excluding mortgage, auto financing, cryptocurrency, and investment products.
