International Customer Service Consultant I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional international customer support via phone and email to partner agencies located in Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, and Vitória, Espírito Santo.

• Oversee the sourcing and sales of international air travel products.

• Manage post-sales inquiries, including name amendments and the inclusion of special services such as pet travel, oxygen supply, and assistance services.

• Assist travel agencies with quotes, reservations, service provisions, and other operational requirements.

• Handle sales inquiries and engage in sales generation activities.

• Provide support for requests from internal customers.

• Oversee post-sales procedures.

• Engage in negotiations with airlines.

• Concentrate on the areas of Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, and Espírito Santo.

• Collaborate effectively while maintaining a proactive stance and strong communication skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in international customer service, ideally within a travel agency or the tourism sector.

• Proficient in GDS systems: Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus.

• Familiarity with the airline portals of Azul, GOL, and LATAM.

• Basic/functional English skills for reading and comprehending systems and fare rules in English.

• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Familiarity with NDC is advantageous.

• Experience with Jira or similar tools is a bonus.

• Background in corporate travel companies is beneficial.
