This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Proactively identify and cultivate every qualified opportunity to secure new clients (outbound sales),
• Conduct captivating, ROI-focused sales presentations both virtually and in person,
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and internal stakeholders,
• Collaborate with internal marketing and inside sales teams to devise strategies, messaging, and sales materials tailored to your portfolio and region (inbound marketing),
• Contribute to Go to Market and Sales Organization strategies to drive robust growth within your portfolio and geography,
• Influence the future of 365Talents’ global presence with your distinctive insights, ideas, and expertise,
• Anticipate, address, and manage deal risks to provide accurate forecasts.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):
• Revenue (ARR) generated,
• Territory developments and go-to-market strategies,
• Pipeline growth and maturity.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise/cloud software sales, specializing in high-level corporate software/technology solutions at the executive level,
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in closing sales,
• Prior experience in selling enterprise HR-related solutions to multinational corporations based in Europe,
• Ability to craft compelling narratives, demonstrate software, and create ROI presentations,
• Capability to work effectively in a remote environment and travel at least 30% of the time,
• A strong drive to consistently exceed expectations, maintain high activity levels, and self-motivate,
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills (French or another language) are a plus.
