Internal Wholesaler – Life Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Support Financial Advisors in selling Term Insurance via Covr’s insurance platform.

• Respond to calls from Financial Advisors to provide assistance regarding term insurance products.

• Make proactive outbound calls to Financial Advisors to promote insurance concepts.

• Refer advisors to our Regional Insurance Consultants for opportunities in permanent sales.

• Collaborate with Regional Insurance Consultants to enhance insurance sales.

• Conduct demonstrations of our insurance platform through Zoom.

• Continuously learn and assist in guiding financial advisors on the utilization of the Covr digital insurance platform.

• Convey the benefits and features of various insurance products tailored to client needs.

• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in the Life Insurance or Financial Services industry.

• A Life and health insurance license is required; Series 6 & 63 or the ability to obtain them is preferred.

• A driven individual with a sales mentality and a proven record of high performance and activity.

• Strong customer service skills complemented by a positive phone presence.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the capacity to build relationships over the phone.

• Ability to convey messages quickly and effectively via phone communication.

• Must be self-motivated and capable of learning independently through experience.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong work ethic with a high level of personal integrity and accountability.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
