Internal Medical Translator – English to Korean

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Interpret written content linguistically and culturally while preserving the structure and style of the original text.

• Ensure the accuracy of the ideas and facts presented in the original material.

• Conduct research on terminology specific to the industry.

• Foster strong relationships with the IQVIA Translations Services team.

• Update and enhance glossaries, Translation Memories, Style Guides, and other internal resources.

• Identify gaps in instructions or external factors that may impact client commitments.

• Deliver translations punctually while meeting client quality standards.

• Proofread translated documents for accuracy in terminology, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in the target language: Korean.

• Proficient in English.

• Fluent in source language(s).

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in translating, reviewing, and editing life sciences content, including clinical trial documents.

• A tertiary or university degree in translation or linguistics combined with at least 3 years of translation experience, or no university degree with a minimum of 5 years of translation experience.

• Familiarity with translation management systems and CAT tools.
