This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assist in crafting the internal communication strategy aimed at Group employees.
• Aid in the execution of communication campaigns spanning various Group topics (CSR, HR, Innovation, etc.).
• Contribute to the editorial direction of our intranet platform: Urban Group.
• Develop content, materials, and communication tools that align with the visual identity: author articles and newsletters, create graphic designs, edit short videos, or produce podcasts.
• Participate in internal events and assist with their organizational and logistical execution.
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree (equivalent to Bac +3).
• Excellent writing abilities (style, grammar, spelling, syntax).
• Proficient in office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…).
• Strong design sensibility to create engaging content.
• Familiarity with creative tools and production methods is an advantage.
• Interest in CSR issues (environmental and social) and communications.
• Enjoy collaborating in a team setting.
• Curiosity and passion for diverse subjects: mobility, CSR, innovation, HR…
• Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
• Comfortable in interpersonal interactions and maintains a professional demeanor (a sense of humor is a bonus).
• Detail-oriented and methodical in approach.
• Creative and proactive (capable of proposing ideas).
• Adaptable to changing circumstances.
• Option for remote work available.
