This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Performing general bookkeeping tasks for our internal finance team
• Documenting financial transactions
• Managing accounts
• Reconciling bank statements
• Updating Google Sheets
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general bookkeeping
• Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar bookkeeping software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Capable of prioritizing a demanding workload and meeting tight deadlines
• Strong mathematical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Good IT proficiency, especially in online accounting software
• Well-organized, with a meticulous and systematic approach to work
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
