Intern, Value and Risk Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough database research and analysis to assist team professionals.

• Engage in telephone interviews with appraisal specialists within the commercial real estate sector.

• Conduct on-site inspections and participate in client meetings.

• Offer data entry and administrative support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a student at a local four-year university.

• Available to work part-time during the academic year and throughout winter/summer breaks for around 30 hours weekly.

• Capability to commit to 30 hours per week during the academic year.

• Exceptional academic performance; include overall GPA on your resume, with a transcript possibly required.

• Major in finance, real estate, accounting, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field.

• Strong passion for a career in commercial real estate.

• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Self-driven and dedicated.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
