Intern, Value and Risk Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough database research and analysis to assist Valuation & Advisory Services professionals.

• Conduct telephone interviews with appraisal specialists in the commercial real estate sector.

• Engage in on-site inspections and attend client meetings.

• Offer data entry and administrative support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a student at a local four-year university.

• Available for part-time work during the academic year and over winter/summer breaks for around 20 hours per week.

• Capable of working 30 hours weekly during the academic year.

• Demonstrated academic excellence; overall GPA should be noted on the resume, and a transcript may be requested.

• Major in finance, real estate, accounting, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field.

• Strong enthusiasm for building a career in commercial real estate.

• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Self-driven and detail-oriented.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
