This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +23 more states.
• Assist the Clinical Project Manager in enhancing Clinical Operations processes.
• Aid in the organization and standardization of clinical study documentation.
• Support document review, organization, and maintenance tasks.
• Help prepare user guidance and reference materials for document management.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of a centralized Clinical Operations dashboard.
• Organize and update study details, project milestones, site information, and project resources.
• Participate in cross-functional project meetings, documenting discussion points and action items.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, taking minutes, tracking action items, and managing project documentation and status reporting.
• Help prepare project presentations, reports, and materials that support program planning, governance, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Program & Portfolio Management team and cross-functional Research & Development stakeholders.
• Provide support for additional project management and operational activities based on team requirements.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Project Management, Public Health, Life Sciences, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in project management, clinical research, biotechnology, vaccine development, or global health.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Solid analytical thinking abilities.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Available to work 20 hours per week during the Fall Semester.
• Subject to a criminal background investigation.
• If selected as the final candidate, must provide an Enrollment verification letter.
• Paid internship.
• Fully remote work.
• Practical experience in clinical operations, project management, and vaccine development.
• Exposure to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and Clinical Operations best practices.
