Intern - Game Artist, Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on in-game assets for various titles, including UI elements, icons, illustrations, event art, and social media graphics, under the mentorship of the Game Artist.

• Gain exposure to a variety of visual styles, such as stylized casual, anime MMORPG, medieval SLG, and traditional card-game aesthetics.

• Participate in the creation of mood boards, references, and visual research during the pre-production phase of features.

• Assist with Arabic adaptations, including RTL layout modifications, Arabic typography, and localization of text within images.

• Develop a keen sense for distinguishing between genuine Arabic design and mechanically translated elements.

• Aid in the production of promotional artwork for LiveOps events, seasonal celebrations (Ramadan, Eid, National Day), and feature launches.

• Support the Brand Designer in creating pitch decks, event branding, social media visuals, and internal communication graphics.

• Acquire the ability to consistently apply brand guidelines across various touchpoints.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio that demonstrates your artistic talents and enthusiasm for art, encompassing both academic and personal projects.

• Proficiency in AI tools is essential; you should have experience using AI image generation, ideation, or workflow tools, along with examples of how they have enhanced your work.

• A sense of curiosity, a discerning eye for quality, and the capacity to accept feedback with humility.

• Familiarity with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable tools.

• A foundational understanding of visual design concepts, including color theory, composition, and layout.

• An interest in mobile games and a passion for gaming.
