Intern – Finance, Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Support the provision of essential finance and accounting services, including the month-end closing process and reconciliation tasks.

• Aid in the delivery of precise and timely financial reports while ensuring effective control performance.

• Collaborate with various internal finance teams and cross-functional units to add value to the organization.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and projects by comprehending end-to-end workflows, and proactively sharing your insights and suggestions.

• Contribute to the organization's capability by imparting your knowledge and expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program with a major in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business, Data Science, IT, MIS, or related fields; MBA and MFin candidates are also welcome.

• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant on-the-job training (OJT).

• Proven knowledge and experience in finance and/or accounting roles.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

• Capable communicator with the ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders and teams.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Resilient and adaptable.

• Innovative with a strong desire to learn digital tools and technologies.

• Familiarity with digital tools and other technology systems is a plus.
