Intern – Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Support in the design, optimization, and validation of production flows (layout) and assembly lines (SMT, THT, and complex assemblies).

• Management of tooling, tools, and workstation standardization and control following Lean methodology.

• Creation and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and visual documentation for production operators.

• Oversight of process controls and audits on the plant floor (maintenance of the 5S system, Kaizen, and waste control).

• Analysis of production data and KPIs (OEE, Scrap, FPY / First Pass Yield) to identify bottlenecks and root causes of defects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of Industrial Engineering (specialization in Industrial Organization is a plus).

• High level of English proficiency.

• Intermediate to advanced user-level knowledge of Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies and data analysis and reporting tools (Google environment, Google Apps Script, or similar).
