Intermediate Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead Scrum ceremonies for two geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.

• Assist and mentor teams in implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Ensure clarity and transparency through effective reporting and delivery metrics.

• Foster communication and alignment among teams and stakeholders.

• Promote seamless day-to-day collaboration across various teams.

• Identify and assist in eliminating blockers, dependencies, and communication barriers among teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.

• Proven experience with distributed, cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

• Strong comprehension of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.

• Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Practical experience with Jira or similar Agile management tools.
