Intermediate Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Proficient in Apex programming or possess a strong foundation in software development.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and customer service-related application support.

• Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) or front-end Salesforce development.

• Knowledge of API-led development and Microservices architecture.

• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes as part of comprehensive application management.

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design concepts, with the ability to adhere to established application frameworks and development best practices.

• Experience in production support and operational assistance, including troubleshooting, incident management, and supporting applications in live environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with business partners, store associates, Salesforce support teams, and developers.

• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, or distributed systems is a plus.

• Java development experience is an advantage.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, such as building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Git, OpenShift, Kubernetes Docker), and deploying Java applications to cloud platforms is a bonus.
