📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain a modular monolithic backend API using .NET (C#).

• Create and enhance RESTful APIs utilized by a Flutter mobile application.

• Implement business logic, domain rules, validation, and integrations in a structured, testable manner.

• Take ownership of backend features from design through to production support.

• Design and incorporate AI-powered backend functionalities leveraging Azure AI / Foundry.

• Apply AI safety, evaluation, and reliability practices.

• Collaborate with Azure Front Door + WAF for secure API access.

• Integrate with Auth0 for authentication and authorization (OIDC / OAuth2).

• Design and manage integrations with Azure Web PubSub and Firebase Cloud Messaging.

• Develop and oversee background jobs and schedulers within the monolith.

• Work alongside product and AI teams to safely deploy AI-powered features.

• Establish robust logging, monitoring, and error tracking mechanisms.

• Create unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and maintainability of the backend.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with .NET / C# in backend development.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining REST APIs.

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, queries).

• Familiarity with Azure-based architectures or solid cloud fundamentals.

• Understanding of authentication and authorization principles (OIDC / OAuth2).

• Experience with background jobs, schedulers, or asynchronous processing.

• Knowledge of observability tools (logging, monitoring, error tracking).
