This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Provide technical support for interior projects from evaluation through to coordinated solutions and documentation.
• Create comprehensive interior design documentation and specifications.
• Generate deliverables that include space planning, finish concepts, and FF&E.
• Assist in oversight to ensure that design intent and project milestones are achieved.
• Develop presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts, options, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, project managers, designers, and project leadership teams.
• Coordinate interior scope and address design challenges and requirements.
• Support integrated project delivery to achieve successful project outcomes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture or interior design (or an equivalent qualification).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field.
• Proficient in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to manage project components independently.
• Familiarity with interior systems, materials, detailing, and coordination.
• Capability to coordinate interiors with infrastructure and MEP systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates must have work authorization in the United States; Woolpert is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
• A desire to pursue interior design licensure and/or relevant certifications.
