• Interpret client briefs and collaborate with CGI artists, interior designers, and architects to create and develop innovative concepts that enhance the overall design and user experience.
• Create interior sketches, detailed drawings, schedules, and 3D renders.
• Specify premium finishes, products, and fixtures that align with the project's aesthetic and objectives.
• Develop FF&E documentation and packages.
• Work in conjunction with procurement for sourcing and purchasing FF&E.
• Coordinate efforts with local suppliers, designers, and manufacturers.
• Design spaces that are tailored and optimized for a high-end user experience.
• Modify designs based on client feedback while ensuring functionality is maintained.
• Proactively explore innovative materials and techniques to enhance future projects.
• A degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in interior design for high-end residential or hospitality projects.
• A minimum of five to ten years of professional experience as an Interior Designer.
• Advanced understanding of material properties and solutions.
• Ability to conceptualize from small to large scale in spatial designs.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D software such as AutoCAD, (3ds Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp), and Adobe Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Capability to produce sketch renders for internal reviews using rendering software (such as 3D Max, Twinmotion, Lumion, Vray, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, meeting high industry standards.
• Portfolio showcasing work (both professional and academic).
• Proficient in English and Portuguese at a professional level; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely.
