Interim Structured Finance Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide support to a prominent financial services client at Simmons & Simmons.

• Maintain regular communication with both the Simmons & Simmons team and the client team.

• Participate in training and development initiatives within the Firm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Lawyer with 2-6 years PQE specializing in structured finance.

• Proven experience in structured finance, securitisation, direct lending, and banking.

• Capability to deliver results swiftly and efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.

• Competence to work independently and collaborate within a larger team environment.

• Eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not provided).
