This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee the daily execution of the STAGES pilot within the participating corps and communities.
• Ensure timely delivery of activities that align with project goals.
• Assist in evaluation and reporting efforts, including data gathering and participant feedback mechanisms.
• Work in partnership with evaluation collaborators.
• Organize training, coaching, and engagement activities for participants.
• Handle logistics, communication, and stakeholder relationships.
• Aid in the creation, testing, refinement, and documentation of intercultural resources, tools, and frameworks derived from pilot insights.
• Assist with post-pilot implementation planning, including ongoing improvement initiatives, resource creation, and preparation for a wider program launch.
• A degree or certification in community engagement/development, social work, theology, or a similar field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working respectfully and collaboratively with individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, along with empathy and cultural competence.
• Strong understanding of Christian theology and pastoral sensitivity.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and faith traditions.
• Mandatory Employee Working with Children Check QLD.
• National Police Check is required.
• Valid Driver's License (preferred).
