This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the design of features and enhancements for our products to ensure alignment with business goals and user requirements.

• Utilizing Figma and UX tools to create vehicle features and engaging user experiences.

• Taking responsibility for independent design projects and managing timelines and deliverables effectively.

• Creating and refining user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes to convey design concepts clearly.

• Leveraging data-driven insights to guide design choices and assess the impact of design modifications.

• Reflecting our brand vision through user interface design for in-vehicle experiences.

• Implementing designs with a strong awareness of layout, color, typography, and interactive behavior.

• Demonstrating enthusiasm for emerging hardware and software technologies, innovative interaction models, product design, and superior visual design.

• Collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Feature Teams to facilitate a smooth transition from concept to execution.

• Adopting a systematic approach to tackle large, intricate design challenges.

• Showcasing creative work consistently to key stakeholders during design reviews.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI product design.

• Strong prototyping skills (e.g. Figma, Protopie, or similar tools).

• Outstanding visual design capabilities.

• A portfolio showcasing your work.

• Awareness of intelligent system interactions.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Expertise in human-centered design approaches, techniques, and philosophy.

• Experience in Automotive UI/HMI is an advantage.

• Background in digital product design solutions.

• Excellent skills in concept development, written, oral, and visual communication.

• Comprehensive understanding of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Experience working through iterative product design cycles.

• Capability to manage multiple projects at once.
