Integrity Auditor – Regional Focus East, West Africa, Asia, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Planning, preparing, and executing integrity assessments for 4C at certified 4C Units, Intermediaries, Final Buyers of 4C certified coffee, and Certification Bodies.

• Collaborating with 4C, focusing on: Traceability.

• Addressing social issues such as child labor, forced labor, and ensuring fair and safe working conditions.

• Tackling environmental concerns like deforestation, biodiversity, soil conservation, and pesticide usage.

• Providing general support to 4C System users in East and West Africa, Asia, or Latin America related to communication, meetings, document translation, etc.

• Contributing to the ongoing development of the 4C System and the 4C Integrity Program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of professional experience in certification, quality assurance, auditing, or verification.

• At least a Bachelor's degree with a background in Agricultural production.

• Audit experience with certification systems such as 4C, Rainforest Alliance, CAFÉ Practices, or Global G.A.P.

• Experience in supply chains for agricultural products, preferably in coffee and/or cocoa sectors.

• High proficiency in English and relevant local languages as applicable (French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Vietnamese) in both spoken and written forms.

• Additional language skills are advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of relevant tools/software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or GIS or remote sensing-based software/application for risk assessment).

• A strong willingness and availability to travel.

• High level of commitment, proficiency, and assertiveness.
