Integrity Auditor – Regional Focus: East and West Africa, Asia, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Planning, preparing, and executing integrity assessments for 4C certified Units, Intermediary and Final Buyers of 4C certified coffee, and collaborating with Certification Bodies, focusing on: Traceability

• Addressing social issues including child labor, forced labor, and ensuring fair and safe working conditions

• Tackling environmental concerns such as deforestation, biodiversity preservation, soil conservation, and pesticide usage

• Providing general support to 4C System users in East and West Africa, Asia, or Latin America, including assistance with communication, meetings, document translation, etc.

• Contributing to the ongoing development of the 4C System and the 4C Integrity Program

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of professional experience in certification, quality assurance, auditing, or verification

• At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a background in Agricultural production

• Experience in auditing certification systems such as 4C, Rainforest Alliance, CAFÉ Practices, or Global G.A.P.

• Familiarity with supply chains for agricultural products, ideally in the coffee and/or cocoa sectors

• Proficient in English and relevant local languages as applicable (French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Vietnamese) in both spoken and written forms. Additional languages are a plus

• Strong understanding of relevant tools/software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or GIS or remote sensing-based software/applications for risk assessment)

• A strong willingness and availability to travel

• A high level of commitment, proficiency, and assertiveness
