This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set up and oversee the integrations between Further’s platform and external CRM, databases, and third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations to enhance platform capabilities and facilitate improved operational connectivity.
• Guarantee dependable and precise data flow across integrated systems, addressing integration-related challenges as they occur.
• Configure internal tools and workflows in accordance with client-specific operational needs.
• Employ Python, SQL, and JavaScript for data processing, manipulation, and analysis.
• Convert raw technical data into clear, actionable outputs and presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Identify and resolve technical implementation issues across frontend systems, integrations, and data workflows.
• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Clearly communicate implementation updates, technical insights, and next steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Handle and resolve customer support tickets via Zendesk with promptness and professionalism.
• Proficient knowledge of Python and SQL for data processing, troubleshooting, and reporting purposes.
• Experience in configuring and supporting database and CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for diagnosing technical issues swiftly.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities at once.
• Preferred experience in supporting SaaS implementations or customer-facing technical integrations.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing/support systems is advantageous.
• Exposure to healthcare, senior living, or revenue operations platforms is a plus.
• Experience leveraging AI for problem-solving and workflow automation is a plus.
