• In the role of Integrations Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to outline, advise on, and oversee the technical requirements for enterprise clients integrating their Ashby ATS instance with our bespoke Workday API.
• You will spearhead customer-facing projects, concentrating on intricate technical initiatives for some of our most vital clients.
• Your expertise will guide customers with different levels of integration experience, providing insights on best practices, technical configurations, and collaborating with a client’s internal expert to help them achieve their objectives.
• Leveraging your existing knowledge of integrations and the products we are integrating with, you will consult with clients to facilitate a smooth onboarding process with Ashby, enabling them to realize their desired business outcomes efficiently.
• You will collaborate with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to accomplish this.
• Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Integration Experience: You possess substantial experience in managing and executing integrations with Workday Core HCM, including defining tasks, aligning with stakeholders, communicating project plans, and delivering results as per agreed expectations.
• Customer Centricity: You excel at understanding customer needs and customizing implementations to suit their unique requirements.
• Change Management: You have experience in guiding customers through change management processes and assisting them in adapting to new systems and approaches.
• Technical Proficiency: You have a comprehensive understanding of complex products (preferably Ashby) and their technical details; you are technically inquisitive and innovative.
• Consultative: You take pride in advising clients on best practices related to their software use to ensure maximum value.
• Innovative & Principled: You proactively address recurring customer challenges and enhance our processes accordingly.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You effectively work with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress.
• Technical Expertise: You have demonstrated experience in technical solution design and troubleshooting, specifically concerning Workday integrations.
• Clear Communication: You are skilled at asking precise clarifying questions and simplifying complex concepts into understandable themes.
• Listening Skills: You act as the customer’s voice to internal stakeholders, ensuring our offerings evolve to meet customer needs.
• Problem Solving: You excel in tackling complex challenges with innovative, scalable solutions.
• Process Orientation: You are enthusiastic about enhancing processes and workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Detail-oriented and technically proficient: You take pride in maintaining internal operations.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent, multithreaded projects and prioritize based on customer and business requirements.
• Data-driven: You utilize metrics and analytics to guide decisions and evaluate success.
• Adaptable: You can navigate changes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are willing to serve as the Workday Subject Matter Expert in pre-sales discussions when required.
