This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist members of the Certification and Integration team.
• Offer technical and operational direction for integration and certification activities.
• Serve as the backup for the Assistant Manager of Certifications and Integrations.
• Ensure effective task prioritization and optimal workload allocation.
• Promote compliance with departmental KPIs and integration delivery objectives.
• Follow established plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of certifications and client integrations.
• Function as the primary escalation point for intricate or high-priority certification and integration matters.
• Manage the complete integration lifecycle for both new and existing clients, covering H2H, APIs, Webhooks, SFTP, VPNs, IPs, and any new integration methods clients may adopt in the future.
• Oversee the comprehensive testing of any integration, including the content of interface files.
• Collaborate with Technical Units to ensure that interface requirements are clearly articulated and successfully implemented.
• Coordinate and manage connectivity arrangements, including SFTPs, VPNs, secure file transfers, IPs, and access to external systems for all entities.
• Supervise connectivity requirements to guarantee stable and secure communication channels.
• Engage with clients and assist them with technical inquiries regarding interface behavior and configuration needs.
• Ensure that all integration-related JIRA tickets (incidents, client inquiries, service requests, and change requests) are effectively created, monitored, resolved, and documented.
• Assist in executing online and clearing test cases based on scheme or third-party testing protocols.
• Aid in the completion and review of documentation and form submissions required by schemes.
• Maintain clear, prompt, and professional communication with clients, card schemes, third parties, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates and escalation summaries to management.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of certification and integration delivery processes and standards.
• Perform any additional assigned tasks as necessary.
• MSc in Computer Science with a focus on Software Development or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of WEB API technologies.
• Proficient in SQL / ORACLE PL/SQL.
• Eager to learn new programming languages to stay updated with the latest technologies.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure while managing interruptions and shifting priorities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in integrations, API development, and the payments industry.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and proven experience in a highly collaborative environment are essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take end-to-end ownership of assignments are necessary.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, international work environment.
• High emotional intelligence coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Support Certification and Integration team members.
• Provide technical and operational guidance for integrations and certification tasks.
• Act as the fallback for the Assistant Manager Certifications and Integrations.
• Ensure clear task prioritization and effective workload distribution.
• Drive adherence to departmental KPIs and integration delivery targets.
• Adhere to agreed plans and schedules to deliver certifications and client integrations on time.
• Act as the main escalation point for complex or high-severity certification and integration issues.
• Own and oversee the end-to-end integration lifecycle for new and existing clients covering H2H, APIs, Webhooks, SFTP, VPNs, IPs, and any new integration method that client adopts in future.
• Own the end-to-end testing of any integration including the contents of interface files.
• Coordinate with Technical Units to ensure interface requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered.

• Be client-facing and support clients with technical queries related to interface behavior and configuration requirements.
• Ensure all integration-related JIRA tickets (incidents, client inquiries, service requests, and change requests) are created, tracked, resolved, and documented effectively.
• Support the execution of online and clearing test cases based on scheme or third-party test plans.
• Support the completion and review of scheme-required documentation and form submissions.
• Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with clients, card schemes, third parties, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide consistent progress updates and escalation summaries to management.
