Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain integrations between various platforms.

• Engage directly with clients to architect, create, and assist API-driven integrations.

• Partner with pre-sales and project implementation teams to define and strategize integration solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve challenges related to integration efficiency, dependability, and data integrity.

• Generate and update technical documentation and user manuals for integrations.

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of integration service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON).

• Strong comprehension of software integrations and SaaS environments.

• Familiarity or experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Practical experience with integration tools such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or equivalent.

• Technical expertise: skilled in interpreting API documentation, constructing data mappings, and utilizing automation tools.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills – capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Highly organized and able to operate independently, managing tasks without close oversight.

• NICE TO HAVE: Experience with CRM or registration platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent).
