Integration QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement intricate testing scenarios for API workflows, specifically concentrating on the interactions between our system and external third-party providers.

• Ensure the accuracy and transformation of data as it traverses various external services and the MuleSoft/Salesforce ecosystem.

• Conduct thorough testing of REST/SOAP APIs, verifying that error handling, rate limiting, and edge cases for third-party integrations are well-managed.

• Detect, document, and monitor bottlenecks and bugs, collaborating closely with MuleSoft developers and Salesforce architects to address integration issues.

• Contribute to the design and enhancement of the end-to-end testing strategy, which includes regression suites and integration workflows.

• Interact directly with UK-based client stakeholders to ensure alignment on integration requirements and deliver clear reporting on quality metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of QA experience with a strong emphasis on Back-end, System, and Integration testing.

• Demonstrated success in testing third-party service integrations (External APIs, Webhooks, etc.).

• Advanced proficiency with Postman, SoapUI, or comparable API testing tools.

• Solid SQL capabilities for data validation and backend state verification.

• Comprehension of data security and the critical nature of financial transaction flows.

• Experience in "zero-to-one" projects where processes need to be established rather than simply followed.

• Proficient spoken English (B2+ level) for effective participation in meetings with the British client.

• Familiarity with MuleSoft, Salesforce, or the UK Fintech ecosystem is highly advantageous.
