Integration Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement standardized, detailed plans for the effective onboarding of complex customer accounts.

• Formulate a consistent project plan tailored for each customer implementation.

• Confirm project scope, resource needs, and timelines with customers, sales teams, and business stakeholders.

• Oversee activities outlined in the plan and track progress towards each milestone.

• Anticipate project risks, devise contingency strategies, and escalate critical issues to leadership as necessary.

• Record insights gained from each deployment to enhance future implementation methodologies.

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders using available tools to ensure that all parties are informed about the project's progress, risks, and necessary actions.

• Engage in and lead team mentoring programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4 Year)

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience

• Demonstrated ability to tackle moderately complex problems by evaluating variables and applying suitable solutions based on experience and job knowledge.

• Capable of identifying anomalies and critical situations, responding appropriately.

• Proficient in communicating and interacting with a diverse range of internal and external customers and/or colleagues at a level of detail necessary to resolve moderately complex issues.

• Strong functional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools to complete assignments.

• May require familiarity with or the capacity to rapidly learn specialized software to accomplish work tasks.

• Proven expertise in the primary tools or applications utilized for daily work assignments.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly using language that is easily understood by others.

• Capable of actively listening to others to comprehend issues and situations.

• Ability to clearly express business needs to both internal and external customers.
