This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Leading the execution of change initiatives across Strategic programs, Small Change, KTLO (Keep the Lights On), and extensive technology projects.
• Managing a team of engineers, developers, and architects tasked with delivery.
• Serving as the primary escalation point for the team, eliminating obstacles, assisting in prioritization, and offering technical and delivery support.
• Communicating objectives and monitoring performance against established goals throughout the year.
• Taking ownership of solution design and overseeing architecture for both SAP and non-SAP integrations.
• Acting as a subject matter expert in integration design, development, and deployment across the organization.
• Collaborating with Technology Teams, Solution Architects, and Process Leads to create interfaces that align with business needs and best practices.
• Evaluating and approving technical integration solutions and their related modifications.
• Leading proof of concepts (POCs) to evaluate the effectiveness of middleware tools and technologies.
• Ensuring that systems are scalable, optimized, and compliant with SLA and performance standards.
• Overseeing the uptime, monitoring, and support operations of integration applications.
• Managing and sustaining the technical debt backlog across integration platforms to maintain a healthy and manageable environment.
• Ensuring compliance with development standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Supporting the successful implementation of integrations across ERP and eCommerce platforms in accordance with security and performance standards.
• Engaging with global stakeholders to discover and implement best practices.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior and mid-level engineers.
• Extensive experience in data integration and enterprise integration architecture.
• Significant experience in managing technical teams and leading delivery in complex settings.
• Experience in recruiting and building technical teams, including senior-level positions.
• Proven experience in defining and executing integration strategy and architecture.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms such as IBM, SAP CPI, MuleSoft, and Informatica.
• Experience in building integrations across systems like Salesforce, Ariba, Workday, SuccessFactors, eCommerce platforms, and SAP.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, logging frameworks, and integration observability.
• Knowledge of key connectivity protocols and adapters (REST/SOAP, RFC, SFTP, file-based integration, JMS, B2B, etc.).
• Experience in managing the complete project lifecycle from definition to deployment and support.
• Familiarity with EDI X.12 and mapping experience is a plus.
• Experience in managing both onsite and remote teams.
