This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide daily administrative support for the Planview Portfolios (Enterprise One) platform.

• Assist in the configuration and upkeep of Planview modules under the guidance of senior staff.

• Aid in the development, testing, and maintenance of integrations with systems like Workday, Jira, Oracle EBS, and the Enterprise Lakehouse Foundation (ELF).

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of basic APIs, scripts, data connections, and scheduled tasks.

• Engage in troubleshooting system, integration, and data-related issues.

• Assist with system configuration, deployments, enhancements, and bug fixes.

• Participate in cycles of functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Support regular maintenance and operational activities across various environments.

• Help in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and extracts using SSRS, Power BI, or Planview tools.

• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accurate portfolio, time, and financial reporting.

• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from the PMO, Finance, and business teams.

• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including requirements, test plans, and validation artifacts.

• Learn and apply SDLC, change control, and validation practices to ensure system compliance.

• Collaborate with PMO, IT, Finance, Product, and vendors to comprehend business needs.

• Clearly communicate progress, risks, and issues within project and operational forums.

• Actively engage in training, mentorship, and ongoing learning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Early-career experience gained through academic projects, internships, or professional roles.

• A strong interest in Planview Enterprise One, system integrations, and enterprise platforms.

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Familiarity with reporting or BI tools such as SSRS or Power BI.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills in English.

• An analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Exposure to regulated environments is advantageous, but not mandatory.
