Integration Consultant, Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead technical initiatives for designated projects

• Convey technical insights and expertise to clients and team members

• Aid in optimizing implementation processes, documentation, and toolsets

• Collaborate across departments to disseminate product technical knowledge and expertise

• Complete designated project tasks within the timeline to secure customer approval

• Collect network information necessary for configuring IECG and IBE systems

• Set up and test the installed IECG and IBE systems to fulfill customer specifications

• Establish interfaces between IECG and clients’ RIS/HIS systems

• Explore and troubleshoot intricate technical issues during installation until they are handed over to support

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support/HL7 interfacing

• At least 5 years of experience with an ECG information management system or PACS system

• Familiarity with Orion Rhapsody Interface Broker

• Proficiency in XML

• Experience in working with Virtual Machine (VM) server environments

• Preferred experience in networking infrastructure/server architecture

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory

• Capability to fulfill minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation

• Authorization to work in Canada is required
