This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee, revise, and establish new baselines for Integrated Master Schedules in support of federal government initiatives.
• Utilize project management methodologies to effectively manage, monitor, update, integrate, and enhance the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to manage critical and near-critical paths.
• Conduct program schedule analysis focusing on critical paths, bottlenecks, dependencies, float, slack, and schedule variances.
• Provide recommendations for schedule enhancements to government personnel.
• Leverage schedule data for Power BI management dashboards, executive briefings, and reports.
• Maintain repositories for risks and bottlenecks.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and progress in relation to planned schedules.
• Assess vendor schedule performance and analyze variances on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Employ Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and earned value management to evaluate progress and discrepancies.
• Evaluate the health of the Integrated Master Schedule against government best practices.
• Lead and manage the Schedule Integrated Product Team while participating in related IPTs and governance forums.
• Act as a scheduling subject matter expert and mentor government officials in best practices.
• Utilize enterprise-level scheduling software to enhance schedule management and integration.
• Suggest and implement processes aimed at improving integrated scheduling and project management efficiency.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in federal government acquisitions integrated project planning.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for complex projects.
• Experience in performing program schedule analysis, including metric evaluation, critical path, float, and schedule variance assessment.
• Proven experience in constructing and maintaining program-level Integrated Master Schedules, monitoring vendor performance, and applying project management techniques.
• Proficiency in enterprise-level scheduling software and in proposing processes to enhance integrated scheduling.
• Capability to serve as a scheduling subject matter expert and mentor program staff on scheduling best practices and techniques.
• Must be a US Citizen.
