Integrated Master Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Delivers comprehensive project management support and oversight to maintain the master schedule for IT projects that are extensive in scope and high in complexity.

• Collaborates closely with technical specialists, project leads, and project managers in the planning, creation, and management of project schedules.

• Expected to partner with program and project managers to document all efforts, establish links and sequence of tasks, allocate resources to activities, determine activity durations, perform schedule risk assessments, update project status and progress, and preserve the baselines.

• Proficiency in MS Project and Project Server is essential.

• Conducts regular schedule evaluations to ensure accountability and proactive identification of issues among project managers.

• Monitors, analyzes, and accurately reports on critical path analysis, metrics, and schedule and task status to enable project teams to manage their projects effectively and assess weekly reports.

• Facilitates risk mitigation and issue resolution through thorough schedule analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher with 6 years of relevant experience.

• Advanced scheduling skills at the Senior/Expert Level.

• Capability to work independently while managing the Master Schedule efficiently.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse functional teams for identifying and maintaining schedule tasks and dependencies.

• Excellent analytical and planning abilities.

• Capacity to learn swiftly and operate under pressure in a dynamic environment.
