This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of essential marketing materials (email, SMS, digital banners, print, etc.).
• Manage campaign schedules, workflows, and cross-departmental dependencies to guarantee timely delivery.
• Aid in analyzing customer behavior and work together on innovative strategies to enhance reach and sales.
• Maintain tracking systems, planning calendars, and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment among teams.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and consistently aligned with strategic priorities.
• Partner with analytics and marketing channels to monitor performance, KPIs, and highlight key insights for optimization and future planning.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion through testing and optimization efforts.
• Communicate campaign updates, timelines, and essential messages effectively across teams.
• Support the complete execution process from concept to launch.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Assist with ad hoc initiatives and projects as required.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field; experience in the animal health industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) is advantageous.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a group.
• Proven experience in collaborative project management.
• Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities.
• Self-driven; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (including weekends) as required by the company.
