• We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Planning Lead to be at the heart of Midnite’s Growth organization, overseeing the planning, prioritization, and orchestration of marketing activities throughout the business.
• This position is accountable for constructing the operational framework that supports integrated campaign delivery, ensuring that commercial opportunities are transformed into structured, coordinated, and impactful campaigns across all customer touchpoints.
• You will serve as the connective tissue among the Commercial, Brand, Creative, Product, CRM, Paid Media, Social, and Partnerships teams, providing clarity, organization, and momentum to intricate cross-functional initiatives.
• As Midnite expands internationally, this role will be instrumental in developing scalable planning systems that can function across various markets and manage increasing campaign complexity.
• Oversee the complete integrated campaign planning process within the Growth team.
• Manage and sustain a rolling 16-week campaign planning cycle.
• Create and oversee a centralized campaign roadmap across different teams.
• Convert commercial priorities into comprehensive multi-channel campaign plans.
• Coordinate briefing processes among the Commercial, Creative, Brand, Product, CRM, Paid Media, Social, and Partnerships teams.
• Ensure that campaigns are effectively scoped, prioritized, and resourced.
• Monitor campaign delivery progress and proactively address any blockers or risks.
• Champion campaign governance and uphold operational planning standards.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in campaign planning across several international markets.
• Incorporate campaign learnings and performance insights into future planning.
• Contribute to the development of scalable operational processes as Midnite continues to expand.
• Possesses experience in integrated marketing planning, campaign operations, or growth strategy functions.
• Understands the functioning of large-scale cross-functional marketing organizations.
• Highly organized with outstanding stakeholder management skills.
• Capable of providing structure and clarity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Exhibits strong commercial awareness and prioritization judgment.
• Comfortable balancing governance with the speed of execution.
• Communicates effectively across technical, creative, commercial, and operational teams.
• Excels in coordinating complex projects among multiple stakeholders and timelines.
