
Integrated Campaigns Manager – Stablecoins, Crypto, Bridge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the comprehensive campaign strategy and planning for Stripe’s stablecoin and crypto offerings, including Bridge, while leading the global, cross-functional initiatives for activation and impact.
• Collaborate with communications, product marketing, channel teams, regional and field marketing, partner marketing, and sales teams to craft and execute effective campaigns.
• Work alongside regional marketing to ensure campaigns are locally relevant and provide guidance on their implementation.
• Execute campaigns through various channels including digital, web, email, online events, direct mail, social media, events, and sales initiatives.
• Create campaign materials and content sets, such as whitepapers, guides, blogs, checklists, interactive content, and promotional offers.
• Utilize or suggest leading tools to enhance or expedite campaign functionality.
• Serve as an authority on the target audience and solutions, promoting market trends, competitive context, and customer insights.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, focusing on lead generation, pipeline development, and target account penetration.
• Regularly share insights from campaigns to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
• Over 8 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience, encompassing integrated campaigns, content marketing, regional or field marketing, and/or account-based marketing, with a proven record of increasing scope.
• In-depth understanding of the fintech industry landscape, including trends and technology.
• Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with regional marketing and sales teams to build, expand, and nurture pipeline.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create, interpret, and refine measurement tools and data.
• Outstanding presentation, writing, and communication abilities, particularly when engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity, assess and recommend solutions, and foster clarity among diverse global stakeholder groups.
• Proficient in developing campaigns and programs from inception, coordinating numerous elements across various functions.
• Experience in leading and managing large, intricate global campaigns or programs.
• Skilled in interpreting, analyzing, and conveying campaign performance in relation to marketing and sales KPIs.
• Proven history of creating global campaigns and delivering campaign playbooks for international localization and execution.
• Familiarity with modern storytelling and content trends, with the ability to incorporate them into campaign strategies.
• Demonstrated agility, an iterative working style, proficiency with AI, and comfort in ambiguous and high-growth environments.
