Intake Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Train, mentor, and oversee Needs Assessment Coordinators (NAC)

• Carry out personnel management tasks such as screening and selection, orientation, training and development, performance management, and employee functions

• Develop and maintain relationships with staff and referral partners

• Assist NAC by handling calls during peak times

• Collaborate with various departments throughout the organization

• Ensure the bed management software is accurate for bed availability and scheduling

• Hold coordinators accountable to established role standards

• Assess quality by reviewing coordinator documentation and phone calls

• Act as a subject matter expert for NAC-related responsibilities

• Manage delegated on-call tasks

• Provide key data in a format that can be acted upon

• Enhance the team’s skills and knowledge to support a leading admissions team

• Fulfill required training and mandatory training hours

• Conduct data collection, aggregation, analysis, and reporting to facilitate system/process improvements, identify quality issues, and assess potential risks

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a human services field is preferred

• Experience in a health or human services agency, ideally in a drug and alcohol environment

• Previous management experience is preferred

• Professionalism, leadership, confidentiality, strong social communication, time management, and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Capacity to gather and analyze information for effective problem-solving
