This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee, mentor, and cultivate a team of Intake Representatives and Leads.
• Administer hiring, onboarding, training, performance coaching, and staff development.
• Supervise daily operations to guarantee prompt patient admissions and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales and clinical teams to minimize the time to initiate care.
• Address escalated patient issues and complex intake challenges.
• Evaluate team performance metrics and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations, company policies, and legal standards.
• Propel quality assurance efforts and process enhancements.
• Work across departments to address issues and enhance the patient experience.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience is required.
• Experience in healthcare, home health, DME, or patient services is preferred.
• Experience managing remote teams is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities are essential.
• Fully remote position.
