• Work in conjunction with the legal team to ensure seamless case transitions.
• Handle approximately 200 calls weekly, with a significant volume of outbound calls.
• Time Zone: CST
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Experience: Prior experience in intake, customer service, call center, or sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems is required.
• Experience with VoIP systems is essential.
• Familiarity with Outlook for calendar management.
• Effective professional email communication skills.
• Knowledge of internal communication platforms.
