This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Client Intake: Gather essential and relevant information from potential clients (PC) and motivate them to sign legal agreements if the lead qualifies.
β’ Follow-Up: For leads that meet the criteria, present the agreement to the PC. Assist the PC in electronically executing the agreement and address any queries via phone. If legal questions arise or objections cannot be resolved, escalate the call to a supervisor or attorney.
β’ Client Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues from PCs. Serve as a bridge between PCs and attorneys.
β’ Documentation: Ensure that all required attorney intake forms and documents are accurately completed, signed, and filed. Assist clients in gathering any additional documentation needed.
β’ Confidentiality: Manage all client information with the utmost confidentiality, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
β’ Collaboration: Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to facilitate a seamless transition for clients from intake to case management. Maintain a high billable rate, consistently achieving or surpassing quarterly goals.
β’ Support team members directly or indirectly by aiding in signing chase leads or by offering coaching, problem-solving, or other beneficial solutions.
β’ Tactfully manage challenging PCs or minor technical issues as they arise, requiring minimal oversight.
β’ Consistently comply with all call quality, adherence, and chase protocols, receiving one or fewer penalties within the calendar year.
β’ Participate in team meetings and provide regular feedback to management when appropriate.
β’ Be a trusted resource for onboarding and training new team members.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or law office settings.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for building trust and rapport.
β’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance and sales goals.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems or case management software.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
