This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and contribute to increased process efficiency.

• Ensure that all client interactions are conducted with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with the legal team to facilitate an effective intake process.

• Manage communication via phone, email, and SMS platforms.

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and follow-up communications.

• Request and track retainer agreements and necessary documentation.

• Maintain precise records of client communications and follow-up actions.

• Organize client files and intake documentation efficiently.

• Manage and keep accurate information updated within the CRM system.

• Assist prospective clients through the intake and qualification process.

• Respond to inquiries from potential clients promptly and professionally.

• Monitor and manage the qualification pipeline.


⛳️ Requirements

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.

• Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time (EST).

• Industry: Criminal Defense Litigation.

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are required.

• Previous experience in client intake, customer service, sales support, or legal administration is preferred.

• Familiarity with legal intake processes is advantageous.

• Experience with CRM platforms is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Clio Grow, Clio Manage, and Intaker is highly preferred.

• Experience with VOIP systems like Corvum is a plus.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with potential clients.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Quick learner with notable technical aptitude.
