This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of mid-sized clients, ensuring they derive tangible business value from our solutions.
• Oversee a larger, dynamic portfolio of customers, concentrating on enhancing adoption, retention, and scalable customer engagement.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary post-sales point of contact.
• Foster structured engagement through regular interactions, lifecycle outreach, and business reviews.
• Ensure the successful onboarding and empowerment of customers.
• Promote product adoption and assist customers in maximizing the value of TeamViewer solutions.
• Assist customers in converting use cases into quantifiable business results.
• Track customer health, engagement, and usage metrics to proactively identify potential risks.
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio.
• Represent the customer's voice internally by sharing insights with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role (preferably within the SaaS/software sector).
• Proficiency in both English and Italian.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers concurrently in a structured and scalable manner.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Capacity to comprehend technical concepts and translate them into customer value.
• Comfortable utilizing CRM and customer success tools.
• Proven experience in driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Highly organized with robust prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing customer health and usage metrics.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in an international environment.
