This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Act as the strategic leader for designated global strategic accounts.
• Facilitate coordination across various work streams alongside the Implementation Manager and Sales teams.
• Spearhead strategic account planning and create success strategies.
• Conduct regular executive business reviews and offer valuable insights.
• Ensure seamless transitions from deployment to user adoption.
• Track product utilization and adoption within extensive portfolios.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify and act on expansion opportunities.
• Represent customer needs internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Foster customer advocacy and turn satisfied brands into champions for Canary.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in both French and English.
• Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting—ideally within hospitality technology or SaaS sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the capacity to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience in strategic planning and account development within global or multi-property organizations.
• A collaborative approach, with a proven record of working cross-functionally with both technical and commercial teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness at managing competing priorities in dynamic environments.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience is advantageous.
