This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Effectively articulate the benefits of the firm’s legal services.
• Keep organized lead pipelines and communication timelines.
• Ensure precise record-keeping within CRM and firm systems.
• Act as the main point of contact for prospective clients (PNCs).
• Perform initial consultations and discovery discussions with leads.
• Collect pertinent information regarding potential legal issues.
• Execute consistent and strategic follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
• Assist prospective clients throughout the consultation and retention journey.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from the first inquiry to client retention.
• Over 3 years of experience in Sales, Intake, Client Success, or Business Development.
• Proven experience in converting prospects into paying clients or customers.
• Strong background in customer service.
• Experience in high-emotion or consultative environments is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.
