Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

• Act as the initial point of contact for leads via phone or email, providing a welcoming and supportive experience. 🤝

• Gather essential information to comprehend client requirements and evaluate how the firm can assist. 📝

• Listen attentively to individuals and direct them to the appropriate resources within or outside the firm. 💬

• Complete legal documentation and maintain records of customer interactions. 📋

• Organize and arrange consultations with legal professionals. 📅

• Follow up with clients to confirm their needs are satisfied or to offer additional support. 🔄

• Manage administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, organizing calendars, and handling paperwork. 📑

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree. 🎓

• Has over 3 years of experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or interpretation roles within contact centers. 💼

• Exhibits proficiency in managing calendars and information flow with precision and efficiency. 📆✉️

• Brings prior experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred). 🏅

• Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, with proficiency in both spoken and written forms. 🗣️✍️

• Displays outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. 🏅

• Upholds discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive information. 🔒

• Resides permanently in Latin America. 🌍

• Possesses a dependable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) along with a stable internet connection. 💻

• Available to work on weekends.
